🌍 Plaid is to launch Instant Payouts, a real-time payout solution to send funds instantly, anytime using the RTP rails.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ Payment gateway Cardstream Group launched its PayFac-as-a-service product.

πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§Marketplace payment provider Ryft secured a FCA licence and will expand its team and service to compete with Stripe.

🌍 India has expanded the functionality of UPI to allow banks to issue credit lines.

🌍 PayPal has added Apple Pay as a payment option at checkout for SMBs.

🌍 Walmart is suing Capital One in an attempt to end its credit card partnership for failing to live up to its customer care standards. It wants its new fintech company One to be involved.

🌍 Visa is launching Visa+, an interoperable P2P payments network by partnering with different P2P apps such as PayPal, Western Union, Tabapay, i2c and DailyPay. It will not require a use of a Visa card but instead a payment address linked to a Venmo or PayPal account.

🌍 Whatsapp is finally launching PIX payments in Brazil.

🌍 As of July, Mastercard will be adding a $0.02 for its "Authorization Optimizer" service when enhanced intelligence is used.  The fee will apply to all CNP transactions that decline due to NSF.
