💸 Venture Financing
  • Ascend Money, the Thai fintech whose TrueMoney super app offers a suite of financial services, including e-payment, lending, BNPL, investment and insurance, raised $195 million from investors including bank MUFG.
  • Lombard, which lets users earn interest for "restaking" with Bitcoin to other crypto networks, raised $16 million.
  • Bling, a German family-focused finance app, raised a $12 million Series A.
  • TRIVER, a small business working capital provider, raised £2.5 million.
  • Trever, a German operating system for buying and selling digital assets, raised a €2.4 million seed round.
  • Currensea, the British provider of a travel debit card, raised £1.7 million via crowdfunding.
  • Togetherwork, a provider of software and payment solutions to groups and organizations, received a strategic investment from Park Square.

💵 Debt Financing
  • Simply Asset Finance, a startup that provides small business lending, secured a loan facility worth up to $120 million from Bank of America.
