💸 Venture Financing

1. Cart.com, a provider of commerce, logistics, and payments solutions for B2B e-comm, raised a $60 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation.
2. Unit21, a fraud detection platform for financial services, raised a $45 million Series C.
3. One Trading, a cryptocurrency exchange spin-out from BitPanda Pro, raised €30 million.
4. Utu, the provider of a tax-free shopping card for international travelers, raised a $33 million Series B.
5. Picket, a provider of residential real estate investing technology, raised a $20 million Series B.
6. Resistant AI, a Czech platform to fight financial crime with AI, raised an $11 million Series A extension.
7. Alternativ, a digitally-native RIA provider, raised $10 million.
8. Neutron, a cross-chain smart contract platform for DeFi, raised $10 million from Binance.
9. Maza, a banking and financial services provider to immigrants in the US, raised an $8 million seed round. 
10. Embat, a Spanish financial planning and treasury management provider, raised €5 million.
11. JustPaid, a developer of AI-based financial tools for startups and small- and medium-sized businesses, raised a $3.5 million seed round.
12. Bankingly, a provider of digital channels for financial institutions in emerging markets, raised a $2.5 million Series A1.
13. Fennech, a UK fintech that automates businesses’ finance processes, raised a £2m seed round from Lloyds Bank.
14. Gr4vy, a cloud-native payments infrastructure company, secured a multi-million dollar investment from W23, Woolworths Group’s venture capital arm.
15. Innoviti, an Indian suite of integrated payments APIs, is looking to raise $25 million at a $350 million valuation.

💵 Debt Financing

• Gulp Data, which helps European startups leverage their data to access credit, secured a $25 million lending facility.
