Julie: It looks like we are recording and we're all set. Great to meet you guys., let's start off with just a little bit of background on each of you and how you got into the payment space and which area of payments since it's such a massive industry that you focus on too.

Jeff, why don't you go first? 

Jeff: Yeah, I started out, it was the second startup that we've done. The first was in, was actually a food delivery startup and I have no formal background in technology or financial services. I was actually a national team athlete for the majority of my adult life.
