2. ZayZoon, an expedited payments app for employees, raised a $34.5 million Series B.
3. Plan A, a European carbon accounting startup, raised a $27 million Series A.
4. Hyperjar, a UK digital wallet and rewards provider, raised $24 million.
5. Mesh*, a startup developing a service to help customers transfer and manage digital assets like crypto, raised a $22 million Series A.
6. Flex, formerly Flexbase, a one-stop-shop financial hub for SMBs, raised $20 million in new equity and $100 million in debt.
7. Fipto, a French treasury management provider, raised a $16 million seed round.
8. Fuze, an Emirati startup that enables banks, fintechs or enterprises to offer regulated digital assets products, raised a $14 million seed round.
9. Flashwire, an online banking platform that gives access to crypto, raised a $10 million Series A.
10. Allocate, a platform allowing wealth managers to invest in venture funds, raised $10 million.
11. Vero Technologies, a wholesale financing technology and loan servicing platform, raised an $8.5 million Series A.
12. Lupiya, a Zambian consumer neobank, raised an $8.25 million Series A.
13. Mural Health, a clinical trial facilitator and payments platform, raised $8 million in seed funding.
14. CoinScan, a crypto holding analytics and anti-fraud provider, raised $6.3 million.

19. Layup, a challenger bank offering prize-linked savings accounts for sports fans, raised a $2.3 million seed round.
20. Hadrius, which automates SEC compliance for RIAs and broker-dealers, raised a $2 million seed round.
21. Helix, which aims to bridge the gap between crypto businesses and lending opportunities in the Southeast Asian region, raised a $2 million pre-seed round.
22. Swallow, a UK-based financial pricing startup, raised a $1 million pre-seed.
23. Erguvan, a platform for enabling financial institutions to deal with climate change, raised funding from Emirates NBD.
24. UpSlide, a French firm that works with financial institutions on brand consistency, raised funding.

💵 Debt Financing

• UK business lender Fleximize raised £136 million in securitised funding from existing investor Goldman Sachs and new lender Citi.
• Tilta, a German B2B working capital provider, secured a €30 million debt facility.
• Santander has committed up to €100 million in venture debt for Spanish startups.

💰 Venture Funds

• HSBC announced plans to offer up to $1 billion in funding for climate-focused startups.
