  • Siepe, a software and services provider to the private credit industry, raised a $30 million Series B.
  • Finture, a European aggregator platform connecting customers to paylater services provided by banks, raised a nearly $30 million Series B.
  • Lettuce Financial, an automated tax accounting optimization provider, raised a $15 million Series A.

  • Thalex, a crypto derivatives exchange that partners with other exchanges, raised a €3 million Series A extension.
  • Kem, a Kuwaiti peer-to-peer payment app, raised $3 million from strategic investor Tether, who will partner with the platform to drive adoption of its stablecoin.
  • DMI Finance, an Indian shadow bank, plans to raise about $330 million from Japanese bank conglomerate MUFG at a $3 billion valuation.
