  1. Tipalti, an accounting software firm, raised $150 million in growth financing from JP Morgan Chase.
  2. PhonePe, the Indian payments giant, added another $100 million to its now-$850 million fundraise.
  3. TymeBank, a South African neobank launched by the Singapore-headquartered Tyme Group, raised a $77.8 million pre-Series C.
  4. Nymbus, a digital transformation solutions provider for banks, raised a $70 million Series D.
  5. OpenFin, a financial interface used by 3,800 banks and wealth and asset management firms in 60+ countries, raised a $35 million Series D from backers including Bank of America.
  6. Episode Six, a payment processing and digital ledger infrastructure, raised a $48 million Series C.
  7. FlowX.ai, a Romanian digital transformation provider for the financial sector, raised a $35 million Series A.
  8. Paydock, a UK payments orchestration software provider, raised a £25 million Series A.
  9. Kapital, a Mexican SMB lender, raised a $20 million Series A.
  10. Checkmate, an automated savings platform for online shopping, raised a $15 million Series A.
  11. Pesto, an asset-backed consumer credit card, raised $11 million.
  12. XFlow, an Indian B2B cross-border payment provider, raised a $10.2 million pre-Series A.
  13. Novisto, an ESG data management software company, raised a $20 million Series B.
  14. Nue, a pricing, sales, and finance tooling provider for Salesforce, raised a $9 million seed extension.
  15. Unlimited Funds, an ETF investing product, raised $8 million.
  16. Ballerine, an open-source risk decisioning platform, raised $5 million in seed funding.
  17. VePay, an acquiring and payments orchestration technology, raised $5 million.
  18. Kiwi, a startup that lets LatAm consumers build their credit histories, raised a $4.5 million pre-Series A and $75 million credit facility.
  19. Onyx, a neobank for affluent professionals, raised $4.1 million.
  20. Trade Ledger, a working capital platform, raised £3 million from Barclays.
  21. Trébol, a business identity verification startup for Latin America, raised a $3 million seed round.
  22. Plenty, a wealth management app for couples, raised a $2.75 million pre-seed.
  23. Skorlife, an Indonesian credit-scoring application, raised a $2.2 million pre-seed.
  24. Num Finance, a decentralized finance stablecoin protocol for Latin America, raised $1.5 million.
  25. Freemarket, a regulated B2B cross-border payments and currency exchange startup, raised growth capital.
💵 Debt Financing
  • Real estate investing platform Fundrise is raising a $500 million credit fund for distressed real estate acquisitions.
  • Cardless, a co-branded credit card as a service company, secured a $75 million credit facility.
💰 Venture Funds
  • Fintech venture capital firm QED Investors raised $925 million across two new funds.
  • European financial services investor Anthemis is targeting $200 million for a third fund, of which it has secured $36.4 million.
