  6. Chargeflow, an AI platform for fighting merchant chargeback fraud, raised $14 million across two seed rounds.
  7. Ivix, an artificial intelligence-based platform to detect tax evasion and other financial crimes, raised a $12.5 million Series A.
  8. SphereX, a smart contract security provider, raised an $8.2 million seed.
  9. Treasure Financial, a treasury management technology provider, raised $7.5 million.
  10. Parcha, an AI agent meant to help fintech teams scale, raised $5 million.
  11. Kore, a UK software that enables large financial institutions to fast track regulatory compliance, raised £2.4 million.
  12. Cubo, a LatAm payment services platform for small businesses, raised $750,000 from the InterAmerican Development Bank.
  13. Mnaara, a UK-based Shariah-compliant investment platform, raised a $500,000 pre-seed.
  14. Intanify, a software to help companies identify, categorize and value intangible assets, raised £410,000.
💵 Debt Financing
  • SumUp, a UK provider of advance payments to merchants, secured a $100 million credit facility for its new cash advance product.
💰 Venture Funds
  • Fintech venture capital investor Ribbit reportedly raised a tenth fund of $800 million.
